IMPORTATION CONTRACT

An OMC intending to buy petroleum or petroleum product is required by Regulation 5(2) (a) of the Petroleum (Bulk Procurement) Regulations,2017 GN No. 198 and ThePetroleum(Bulk Procurement) (Amendment) Regulation 2024 to conclude with PBPA, an importation and supply of petroleum product contract, a contract which shall regulate the relationship between the OMC and PBPA.

OMC and PBPA shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the Shipping and Supply contract, entered between PBPA and the Supplier.
