Shipping and Supply Contract

Bulk Procurement System (BPS) prequalified suppliers both international and local entities who are awarded tender is required by Regulation 5(2) (a) of the Petroleum (Bulk Procurement) Regulations, 2017 GN No. 198 and The Petroleum (Bulk Procurement ) (Amendment) Regulation 2024 to conclude with PBPA, a Shipping and Supply Contract, which shall regulate the relationship between the Supplier, PBPA and OMC. WHEREAS, the AGENCY plays a fundamental role in the operations of this Contract as coordinator of the importation of petroleum products through the use of an international competitive tender system on behalf of the Purchaser.
