The Minister of State in the President’s Office for Public Service Management and Good Governance, Hon. George Simbachawene, has commended the Petroleum Bulk Procurement Agency (PBPA) for the effective execution of its responsibilities in ensuring a reliable supply of petroleum products.

Hon. Simbachawene gave the commendation during his visit to the PBPA pavilion at the ongoing Public Service Week exhibitions being held at Chinangali Park Grounds in Dodoma.

The Minister was briefed on the core responsibilities of the agency, which include coordinating the Petroleum Bulk Procurement System (PBPS) for petroleum products and ensuring the security and reliability of fuel supply in the country.

The celebrations were officially launched today, June 17, 2025, by the guest of honor, Hon. George Simbachawene, at Chinangali Grounds in Dodoma, under the theme "Promote the Use of Digital Systems to Enhance Access to Information for Accountability."
