PBPA Participated in the 49th Dar es Salaam International Trade Fair (DITF).

The Petroleum Bulk Procurement Agency (PBPA) has joined other government institutions and private sector players in participating in the 48th Dar es Salaam International Trade Fair (DITF), popularly known as Sabasaba, taking place at the Mwalimu Julius Nyerere Grounds along Kilwa Road.
At its pavilion, PBPA has been providing education to the public on its core responsibilities, particularly the management of the bulk procurement system for petroleum imports. This system aims to ensure the availability of petroleum products in a timely manner, at affordable prices, and in accordance with internationally accepted standards.
Visitors to the PBPA booth have had the opportunity to ask questions and receive answers regarding various challenges related to fuel availability in the country. They have also been able to explore a range of publications highlighting the agency’s operations.
The Sabasaba exhibition has served as an important platform for the Agency to showcase the government’s achievements in the petroleum sector, while also strengthening relations between the institution and the public.
PBPA is expected to continue its participation in the exhibition until its conclusion on July 13, 2025, when various national leaders are anticipated to visit the participants’ booths.
