The Bulk Procurement System (BPS) Tender Committee, chaired by Mr. Ali Saeed, has today opened the tender for petroleum product procurement in January 2026. Ten firms submitted bids, with eight emerging as winners.
 The opening ceremony was conducted in the conference hall of the Petroleum Bulk Procurement Agency (PBPA) in Dar es Salaam, and several bidders participated.
